Acrobat Login issue

Hi, I have a problem with my Adobe Acrobat licence. I bought it in 2016 and successfully installed it on my computer. I’ve just changed my computer and I would like to move the Acrobat on my new computer. I uninstalled the program from my previous computer and installed on the new one. But the Adobe Acrobat doesn’t work, I see all the time request to log in but I don’t remember which login I used to register the licence. Is there any way to get the info which login I used to register the licence if I have the serial number?

If you have the serial number, you can re-register it with another Adobe ID.
