Acrobat marks text as hidden when using remove hidden information tool

When we run the remove hidden information tool, Acrobat marks visible text as hidden, anyone have this issue before? We are using print to pdf from the Chrome browser, I created a ticket with the devs there, they looked into it and found no issue from their side.
