Acrobat Mass sign stucks in "In Progress"

Hey together,

i try to mass sign a document via Adobe Acrobat.

But whenever I add the E-Mail addresses and the .pdf and press the Next Button, The Site stucks in "In Progress" state.

I tried different clients etc.

Someone can help me?

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

Please send documents via the Acrobat online account and see if you are still experiencing the same behavior.

In the meantime, update the Acrobat to the latest version and reboot the machine once. In Acrobat, go to Menu > Help > Check for updates.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior, let us know. We will get this checked.

Hey, via the Acrobat online it says i don't have the right license? I have the Adobe Creative Cloud. Is this not availaible in it?
