I reinstalled the app but the issue persists, also i tried to use Windows Memory Diagnostic tool

@tan_jonathan6119 Adobe Employees have the Adobe Logo at the bottom right of their profile picture.

 

Also, there will be an Adobe Employee title in their name. The only reason I asked for a call is that we cannot reproduce the issue at our end, and we are trying to get in touch with your users to get further info and complete events to expedite the fix.
