Acrobat not displaying accurate color on external monitor

I have recently had an issue where my PDFs do not display color accurately on my external monitor. The monitor is calibrated, the color management settings are syncd and Photoshop is displaying everything properly. The PDFs match the images in Photoshop on my laptop screen and on the external in one office just not on the monitor in my second office. I am a color management professional and this is a new one for me. I have checked every setting and profile, I have printed new verified proofs for reference and recalibrated my screens. Everything looks good except PDFs displayed on that one external monitor, the same monitor displays images in Photoshop and all other programs exactly as it should.
