I’m not sure if my issue is the same, but I have an InDesign page that is deep blue, when it is exported to PDF, the file icon shows it is blue, but when I open it in Adobe Acrobat the page is white!

Check your Accessibility preferences and see if Replace Document Colors is checked.

    Hi ann-mareeo,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue.

You mentioned that the color changes to white when opening a PDF in Acrobat. Could you please confirm if this issue occurs with this specific PDF? Additionally, if possible, could you share a video demonstrating how the PDF appears in both the application and the PDF file itself?

In the meantime, please try disabling Protect Mode in Acrobat for testing purposes. To do this, go to Menu > Preferences > Security (Enhanced), then click the OK button at the bottom to save your changes. This is only for testing purposes. We recommend keeping the Protect mode enabled.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi
