Acrobat not opening: “Fatal error: acrobat failed to send a DDE command”

I have Acrobat DC (trial) but the problem is when I click on it it doesn't open and after a while it says," Fatal error: Acrobat failed to send a DDE command." I'm using Windows 11 home (23H2). What should I do in this situation?
