Acrobat Not Responding
Adobe Acrobat does not respond when I enable editing on a PDF/A file, and it is running extremely slowly. I recently upgraded my PC and do not have this problem on my older MacBook Air.

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.
Please restart the machine once, and use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove any corrupt application files, restart the machine again, and install Acrobat. You may also try the suggestions from this article: https://adobe.ly/3QBRaII.
If the issue persists, please collect the machine's logs and share them with us for further investigation.
