Acrobat passes check for ALT txt although there is no ALT provided

When I check my document exported from Indesign for Accessibility it reports to be fine with 'Alternative text (Pass)' but there is NO alternative txt given in the document. The Check is not relaiable!

More users (20+) within our office report this bug.

Please FIX.

Can you share a few screenshots to help us understand where the issue is?

- Alt Text in InDesign,

- Export option from InDesign

- Check Alt Text in Acrobat
