Acrobat PDF Maker Office COM Addin will not stay enabled (Outlook O365)

We are not able to enable the Acrobat PDF Maker Office COM Addin in our user's machine. Everytime we try to enable it, it goes back into the <Inactive Application Add-ins> bucket. FYI - We are using O365.
