Question

Acrobat pdf pack subscription not visible on mobile

Hi,

I had subscribed to Acrobat Pro for some time and was using it seamlessly across device types (laptop, mobile). I realised I don't need the advanced features in that subscription so I switched to the Acrobat PDF Pack.

However, now on the Mobile Reader app, the PDF Pack subscription does not show. I've tried the "restore purchase" option as well as the 'sign in' option that shows next to Adobe PDF Pack under Subscriptions but nothing works. I'm using an iPhone. Pls help as to what I can do to resolve this. Thanks.

@viral_009 You mentioned admin access, that's generally only relevant for installing new software on a computer and wouldn't directly affect your existing mobile app's ability to recognize a subscription tied to your Adobe account.
It sounds like the mobile app isn't recognizing your new Acrobat PDF Pack subscription. A likely solution is to completely sign out of the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app on your iPhone and then sign back in using the same Adobe ID you used to purchase the PDF Pack. This often forces the app to refresh your subscription status and recognize the change from Acrobat Pro.

If by chance that doesn't immediately work, try deleting the app entirely and then reinstalling it from the App Store, followed by signing in again. This ensures a fresh start and can resolve any lingering account information that might be causing the issue.

Hi there,

Hope you're doing well.

++ Adding to the discussion:

I’ve checked the Adobe account associated with the Adobe ID you're using in this community, and I wasn’t able to locate any active or paid subscription for Adobe PDF Pack.

If you used a different email address to purchase the Adobe PDF Pack, please share it with us so we can look into it further.
