Office 2016Serienbrief wird erstelltsoll per Mail versendet werdenbeim konvertieren in pdf  (Adobe PDFMaker konvertiert Nachrichten in PDF)dann kommt es zur Fehlermeldung: Acrobat PDFMaker konnte keinen Serienbrief für das Dokument erstellen

Could you let us know the following:

1. Do you know if the Word document is secured?

2. Do you use Adobe Acrobat Pro desktop application?

3. If you try the workflow with a different document, do you know if this issue is reproducible?
