@JR Boulay Normally yes, but here the user is saying that they are not using Acrobat but rather the scanner's software. However, to verify, I've asked them to verify the source of the popup.
What I do is: I press the scan button on the front of the scanner, a pop up appears that offers me different scanning options, I choose Adobe Acrobat, Acrobat opens, a pop up appears with color options, I choose Auto, the document goes through the scan and all the pages open on the screen. This is when the new "scan complete" window is opening. I haven't changed my scanning process but that last pop-up is new and unnecessary.
As you can see from the three options, if there was only one side of one page, then you're done. If there is more than one page, then continue. If you have content on both sides, then continue. If not, then you're done.
Thank you for your answer but I think maybe my question was unclear. I would like the pop-up box to stop popping up. I'm not using the Adobe Scan option. My desktop scanner takes care of front, back and multiple pages so the pop-up is unnecessary. Until this latest update I had never seen it before and it's a bit annoying.
Can you tell if the message is coming from your scanner's software or Acrobat? It sounds like it's coming from your scanner's software. If it's your scanner's hardware, check the owner's manual, I do not have a clue. Sorry.
