Acrobat Preflight in Production tools is working slow and crashing the software

Almost every day, my team and I use the production tool to check make sure files are on spec before we release to vendors and pubs. Since last week 9-21-2021, I have noticed that the preflight interface is working slower and crashing the program. I have tried restarting my system, checking for updates, uninstalling Acrobat and reinstalling. Nothing seems to help. There must be a bug in the system. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes I'm having this exact issue. Usually the first time preflight runs it's very slow but works, then on second or third use it hangs an I have to force quit acrobat.
