Acrobat print Properties button missing

When i go to print on adobe Acrobat Reader on my mac the "properties" button is missing, how do i get this back?

I have the Acrobat app fully installed to the newest software and also my printer driver.

I am using a Epson ET-8500

There should be a properties buttong next to advanced at the top.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Update Acrobat:
    Ensure Acrobat is updated to version 24.005.20xxx (Jan 30, 2025).

    • Go to Menu > Help > Check for Updates, install any updates, restart Acrobat and your machine.
    • Release Notes.
  2. Update Printer Drivers/Firmware:
    Install the latest printer firmware and drivers, restart your machine, and check again.
