Acrobat, printing PDFs via AutoCAD

good morning all,

I changed my subscription/plan today and now I cannot print to PDF.

if I upgrade the account (effectively reverting it back to what it was) will that function return?

also, i cannot seem to locate the right "plan" in the listy of choices...

is there a way to contact a human at Adobe for help managing my account?

any help woudl be approciated, thanks in advance.
