Question

Acrobat Printing To PDF File

I have a file created in InDesign and exported as a .pdf with form fields.

When I print to Adobe PDF to flatten the form fields after filling them in, the images show layers. In this screen shot you can see the ovals printing over the monitor image.

We've tried so many ways to try to resolve this and can't seem to figure it out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey Jenniferw,

You may follow the suggestion given above by one of our expert and try flatten the form fields in Acrobat DC.

Here are the detailed steps how you can actually do it:  how to "flatten" form fields in Acrobat DC (PDF Forms)

Need to know how to Flatten Documents in Acrobat DC (Edit PDF)

Hope this would help.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Don't print to Adobe PDF. Flatten the form fields in Acrobat Pro.
