I compressed a PDF (See attached sample file) but the result is not in A4 format. How can I change the format to A4? The recipient requires A4 to process my request.

Adobe Acrobat Pro Version 2024.005.203.20

MacOS 12.7.6. Architecture: x86_64. Processor: Intel. Build: 24.5.20320.0. AGM: 7.1.9.

CoolType: 9.1.0. JP2K: 4.0.2.54782

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Acrobat forum so that proper help can be offered.

Was the document A4 before compressing? If so try File> Save as other> Optimized pdf. If not, you will need to re-size the pdf using a preflight profile, See this related discussion:

Note, printing to pdf will convert your pdf to an image, which is not best practice, but might be ok for some purposes.
