Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB lists Acrobat Pro why is it not available to me?

It's not the name it's about functionality, Acrobat Pro allows checking pdfs for overprinting issues and this fuction is not available in the Acrobat I have in my Creative Cloud All Apps package even though this package claims to include Acrobat Pro. This is why listing Acrobat Pro in this package appears to be a false promise and shoud be changed to list the app is just Acrobat.

Hi there, thanks for sharing your concern.

 

It sounds like you’re referring to the Output Preview tool, which is part of Acrobat Pro’s Print Production feature set. This tool allows checking for overprinting issues, simulating color separations, and more. To check if this tool is available for you:

  1. Open Acrobat.
  2. Go to Tools (top menu).
  3. Look for Print Production. If you don’t see it, scroll down and click Add next to it to enable.

 

 

To help us confirm what’s available to you, could you please check whether the application installed on your machine is Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard?

 

You can do this by:

  • Go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat (Windows) or Acrobat > About Adobe Acrobat (macOS).

  • The version (Pro/Standard) will be mentioned at the top. You can also take a screenshot of that window and share it with us.

I checked your account, and it is active. The Creative Cloud all apps subscription includes Acrobat. 

Could you let us know where you see Acrobat is not listed for you?

Thanks Tariq, I do have Acrobat but the plan lists Acrobat Pro, which would be useful to me so I wonder why I can onlt access Acrobat https://www.adobe.com/uk/creativecloud/all-apps.html

Hi @MR J P5F8E,

 

Thanks for the clarification.

 

If it is the name that has you worried, Acrobat has moved to. amore unified process, where the name of the application remains as Acrobat, no matter the entitlement you have.

 

Once you are in the application, your subscription status would be displayed at the bottom left of the application window.
