Acrobat Pro

Despite I have a subsctiption to Acrobat Studio, and an enterprise account to Creative Cloud Pro, it seems I cannot download Acrobat Pro on my computer. This seems pretty weird. I get access to Acrobat from my CC subscription, I can see that I have a Acrobat Studio too, but when I try to get to the apps, it does not allow me to get access to Acrobat Pro. I really need to work on it so I would like to understand how to download the Pro version and not the standard version

@Dave Creamer of IDEAS no, that was a stupid link to share, my bad. The problem was solved by chat online, then we had to redo everything today, via chat.

The link I am giving is the wrong one, actually what was done was to create an alternative installation file. That collapsed today, but there is an ongoing outage with CC on Acrobat that affects me, so I am still stuck, although with the right tool.

The link that I am stupidly adding is my own reference that I gave them, and then somehow, I was so tired I made a mess with my reply.

We closed it at 1 am at night and we were back at square one today, as, as soon as I switched to my enterprise account, lord knows why, my Acrobat downgraded to standard, although I have a CC Pro Plus on enterprise.

Let’s not dig in the rabbit hole more than so.

They gave me a link with an installer zip. That was the solution, and it was done via chat - great people they have there too

I have one account on Adobe. This is all on my personal profile.

    take it again:

on my personal profile I have

    cc pro

    acrobat studio

    substance 3d

on my personal profile I can’t download acrobat pro. I get the standard version

I’f I log out of my personal profile and log in with the enterprise account, nothing changes: acrobat is always on the standard version.

i would like to understand why I have acrobat studio on my account on my browser, but if I open cc desktop, I don’t have acrobat studio

Also: it would make no difference having a cc pro account, but still acrobat is not pro

I would forget about using Studio with your enterprise account since it’s on a different ID.

I would log out of all Adobe accounts on the computer,

Use Adobe CC Cleaner to remove your ID credentials, the Creative Cloud app, and Acrobat. (You can also use the Adobe AcroCleaner app to really clean Acrobat out.)

Download the CC app fresh from Adobe’s site,

Log in with your personal account,

    Download/install Acrobat,

Check the version (to clarify, the free CC account includes Reader, the paid account includes Pro; AFAIK, the Standard version is not available with a CC account).

    Try to update Acrobat,

If still not the Pro version, log out of Acrobat and back in again.

After the Pro version is settled, then follow up on the Studio settings.
