Acrobat Pro 2015 won't reinstall on new computer

Hi, I purchased Acrobat Pro 2015 in 2016 and had it on my old Laptop (a Macbook Air). I recently purchased a new Macbook Air and I cannot seem to get Acrobat to work.

I migrated it over to my new computer with migration assistant and it wouldn't let me authenticate it (the screen would remain blank). So, I set to uninstalling and re-installing it. I still have access to the download via my account but I can't get past the user agreement in the download process (it remains blank and locks up).

I tried downloading Acrobat 2017 and 2020, and tried my serial # with both but it didn't work.

I am at a loss on what to try next.

You need to get a new license. I would recommend you get a subscription instead of a perpetual license, because Apple keeps changing their OS and hardware and it's usually not backwards-compatible with older versions. If you have a subscription it will keep you updated, but a perpetual license is likely to become obsolete in a couple of years, unless you upgrade it.

Hello,

This new equipment will be with a new M1 processor, I am not sure that Acrobat 2015 works there, I would have to start with that, know well if the version of Acrobat is compatible with the version of your machine,

Greetings,
