Acrobat Pro 2017 academic install
I purchased the Acrobat Pro 2017 disk from Best Buy (online). I am faculty at a university and my university email is my username.
I signed in and have to go through a process to validate my faculty status to get a serial #. I used my email/username, generated a new password, and put it in as directed.
I get a dead screen. Not a rejection, just nothing (url: https://oobe.adobe.com/?device_token=eyJ4NXUiOiJpbXNfbmExLWtleS0xLmNlciIsImFsZyI6IlJTMjU2In0.eyJpZCI6IjE1NDc0MDAwOTExMjF… )
I have retried it 4 times. What can I do?
