I upgrade My MacBook Pro to a new one (mid-2018) and Acrobat Pro 2017 that I installed on my previous one does not activate on my new my Mac. I probably forget to desinstall on my previous Mac. The problem is that I erase everything on the old one.

Does anyone can help me ?

Thank you.

Hi Tanguyj,

Hope you have got this issue resolved by now.

If you are still looking for resolution, you may share the details ask above. What is the message that you see after entering the serial no. for your Acrobat 2017? Or do you even reach to point where you can enter the serial number?

If you cannot sign out of Acrobat DC because the computer or device is no longer available, deactivate the computer or device from your Account page as explained in the steps below. Once the computer or device is deactivated, you are signed out of Acrobat DC. You can then sign in to Acrobat DC using another computer or device.

Deactivate from the old computer and Download Acrobat on new computer

Help document to refer: Install and use Acrobat DC on a new computer

Thanks,

Akanchha
