Acrobat Pro 2017 does NOT change to Acrobat Pro DC when installing TCS 2019 Subscription

A few weeks ago I purchased the TCS 2019 subscription.  In the online documentation, it states that following installation, the various products (i.e. FrameMaker, Captivate, etc) automatically begin their updates.  Acrobat Pro 2017 is supposed to change to Acrobat Pro DC for people with the subscription version of the product.  However, when I performed the installation on a new computer with no previous Adobe products installed on it, Acrobat Pro has NOT changed to Acrobat Pro DC as it was supposed to.  I've sent emails to the Technical Support people at Adobe, but I have not heard anything in nearly a week.  Has anyone else run into this problem??  If so, does anyone have a solution.  I already have the Creative Suite subscription; two (2) of them in fact, but I keep those at home so that they aren't potentially affected by some other Adobe product.  I read through all the documentation carefully; which is why I used a new computer.  Even when I get taken to the Document Cloud as suggested, my Adobe ID is not showing for me to install Acrobat Pro DC, but rather it's offering me a Free Trial or an option to Subscribe.  This is really frustrating and Adobe's lack of response is maddening.  I feel like cancelling the whole bloody thing but I'm too in love with FrameMaker to let go.

Thanks in advance for any guidance that anyone can share.
