We have tried to download the PDFs using the Safari browser.
We are able to open the downloaded PDF without any issue.
As you have already mentioned this happens with all the PDFs you download using the Safri browser, did you check if you experience the similar behavior with an alternate browser?
What is the current version of the application installed on your Mac? Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
Please share the Mac OS version as well.
It would be helpful if you can share a website/page link from where you are trying to download the PDFs.
We would like to check it on our end.
