Does Acrobat Pro 2020 allow you to take an existing PDF and make it a fillable form?

Yes, search for the "Prepare Form" tool.

Thanks. I was concerned that I had to have the ProDC version to convert to a fillable form. Looking to purchase the Pro2020.
