Acrobat Pro 2020 blank rectangle box on top left corner of window.

Greetings all, I have a dell laptop with Windows 11 Pro 23H2 and Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 V20.005.30539 .  The users starting having issues with a blank rectagle box that appears on the top left corner of the screen.   The user does open muiltiple PDFs and is able change between the files and scroll up and down with no issue, but this blank box just stays there.  We are able to clear the blank box by closing acrobat all the way and reopening everything.  The blank box comes up at random and there is no clear indications of what is causing it.  I have tried uninstalling, removing all folder from program files, appdata (local and Roaming), and reinstalling Acrobat pro 2020.  We did accept the licese agreement already so it's not that prompt and the user sign in window displays just fine if we click on it.  We also made sure to update acrobat.  Has anyone else experienced this issue before?
