Acrobat pro 2020 downgrade?

Good morning We bought acrobat pro 2020 as a university, is there a possibility of a downgrade because it is a problem with the installation on the 32 biota version of wiendows 7

No older versions are included in the retail license. If you have an enterprise license check the terms. Also if you had subscribed you could run older versions if you can get them and figure out how.
