Too Many Devices for the User (194:113) fehl. Kann Adobe die alten Aktivierungen serverseitig zurücksetzen?

    Hello @Whispering_lifeef3e ,

Hope you are doing well and thanks for the details, and I want to be upfront about the current situation with this product, since it affects what's actually possible here.

A couple of things would help clarify the setup: is this Acrobat Pro 2020 installed as a single-user application on a Windows Terminal Server (RDS/multi-user environment), or is it running on individual client machines that happen to connect through a terminal server? This matters because standard non-subscription Acrobat licenses are generally intended for individual, named-device use, not multi-user server deployment, so if this is a shared RDS setup, that itself may be contributing to hitting the activation limit faster than expected.

One thing still worth trying yourself before assuming it's a dead end: sign in at https://adobe.ly/3VnPcB1 with the Adobe ID tied to this serial number, and check whether the old terminal server's activation is listed there and can be deactivated directly through that page, separate from the app itself.

Let us know what https://adobe.ly/3VnPcB1 shows, and whether this is a shared terminal server setup, so we can guide you better.

    Regards
    Amal

    Hallo Amal Jaiswal

    Matthias
