Acrobat Pro 2020 : Impossible to import an image

Hello,

I have just downloaded and installed Acrobat Pro 2020 (version 2020.005.30381) on Windows 10. It works fine except that importing an image (yet a very basic function) systematically leads to "Unknown error / The selected image could not be converted and placed in the document", whatever the format of the image (jpg, gif, etc.). I re-installed it, but nothing changes. How can I fix that ?
