Acrobat Pro 2020 Mac > Canon C165 Not Collating Staple Sets

Acrobat Pro 2020 Mac

Canon C165 w/ UFR II driver v10.19.16

 

When printing a multi-page document from Acrobat to the Canon with collating and stapling selected, all copies are stapled together rahter than separate sets. I am using the OS print dialog in Acrobat to set up the Canon since Acrobat print dialog does not show any Canon features. Printing the same document from OSX's Preview app behaves as desired. What am I missing in the Acrobat print setup?

Hope you are doing well.

 

What is the version of the Acrobat 2020 you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 20.05.30574 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Also check for any pending/missing updates for the printer driver and firmware and try updating it, you may also try to remove the printer driver from the computer, reboot the system and reinstall it from the manufacturers website and check.
