Question

Acrobat Pro 3-year license issue

I recently purchased 3 Computers from Dell with Acrobat Pro 2024 3-year Term licenses. I redeemed the software with the redemption code at each computer, and I used my acrobat account (same account to all these 3 computers) to set/install them up.

I found that only one license was registered in my adobe account. I tried to repeat the App redemption in the computer but it informed me the code was redeemed already. I supposed I have total 3 licenses for 3 computers, and now I only have one license for 3 computers. I tried to contact Adobe technical support and they hopelessly did not provide solution.

Please can anyone advise how can I get back the remaining 2 licenses.

    Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

We need some more information for a better understanding:

    • Did Dell give you 3 separate redemption codes, or just one code for all 3 computers?
    • When you redeemed the codes, did you:
    • Use the same Adobe ID (email address) for all 3?
    • When you log in to https://account.adobe.com > Plans, does it show:
One active Acrobat Pro plan only?

Each term license is normally a separate subscription. If you purchased 3 licenses, you should see 3 separate active plans under the same Adobe account.

Please check the email inbox used for redemption and check for “Adobe redemption confirmation”

You should have received 3 separate confirmation emails if 3 licenses were successfully redeemed.

If you only see 1 confirmation email, then only one code was actually processed successfully.

    Please check with Dell for:

    • A breakdown of the 3 licenses
    • All 3 redemption codes again
    • Proof that 3 separate subscriptions were issued

    Hope this information will help.
