Acrobat Pro AI features - generating summaries & generating suggested questions take forever

The Acrobat Pro AI features worked well before but recently found that generating summaries & generating suggested questions take forever. tried to re-install the Acrobat Pro but no luck, appreciate if anyone can help. many thanks

Sorry for the delayed response.
Please ensure your copy of Acrobat is updated, to check for any pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check for Updates.

Are there any network restrictions on your machine? Since you posted this question, this feature has undergone many improvements. Let us know if you or anyone else is still experiencing this issue.
