Acrobat Pro and Photoshop will no longer install.

Hello,

I just need some help with this please. I have a Dell Inspiron with Windows 7. I purchased Acrobat Pro and Photoshop back in 2021 and pay a monthly subscription for both. 

I recently had to have my hard drive replace and manually reinstall my programmes. I have come to reinstall Acrobat and Photoshop with my original download files that I had before but now will not install. With Acrobat coming up with a Creative Cloud error and Photoshop requiring Windows 10.

Is there a way to be able to install onto Windows 7?
