Acrobat Pro bleibt beim Scannen plötzlich beim optimieren der Seite hängen

Question

Hallo, seit heute (26.09.2025) morgen bleibt das Programm beim scannen hängen.

Die Seite wird gescannt. Dann erscheint kurz das Fenster "Seite 1 wird optimiert".

Das Fenster verschwindet und das Programm hängt. Die gezeigt Seite bleibt leer (weiss) und

das Programm lässt sich nur noch abbrechen.

Windows 11, Scanner HP OJ Pro 8715.

Hat alles lange zeit ohne Probleme funktioniert.

Habe schon die Installation repariert, alle Updates sind geladen.

This ist not the Problem. I've install the newest 64-Bit version. I'll hide the picture on the top of start screen. See the attached file.BRWinfried

As the application hangs, please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/46H0cf7.

You can also try reinstalling the application using the steps suggested below:

-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4mvRUMM).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/4pD1dgz.

Check if this helps.

If the issue still occurs, please collect the logs using the diagnostic tool and share the log ID.
