Does anyone know how to resolve the crashing program?

Hi,

Can you indicate the operations you are doing before the crash happens.

Can you also include a screenshot of any error message?

Have you tried reinstalling the application?

Did you install or update anything recently?

Hi Eric

I am using Mac O.S 10.14.4

Recently the programme would not open when I double clicked the document. I found a work around but then I found it would crash when I tried to combine documents to create one file. I followed instructions to download and reinstall. After doning that several times I finally gotthe programme to open. Then when I tried to combine documents to create one filethe programme crashed again.

I had a period on my Mac where this happened too a while back.

I talked to Adobe Tech Support.

They guided me through the steps of 'cleaning' my installation. There is a Adobe CC Cleaning toolkit. Then after reinstalling it all was ok.

It takes a good bit of time to go through this process, I recommend a lot of patience
