Acrobat Pro crashes when I click on a page

Question

This has been happening for a couple 6-8 weeks now and it is driving me crazy.  I use Acrobat alot in my work.  I am reviewing documents, highlighting, etc.  If I click into the document, the cursor freezes and then turns into a spinning circle that does not allow me to anything.  If I exit I get a message to wait for a response or close and notify Microsoft.  I have uninstalled and re-installed the app.  Can anyone help?

Mine throws an error tapping on a pdf. with no explaination to help. Even if i want to select a list of old pdf to remove, it assumes i want to open them rather than select them and throws an error. File explorer freezes an thats it. Reinstalled multiple times, no joy. Im over it since Photoshop has an critical error Adobe wont address.
