I have Acrobat Pro DC but when trying to edit a PDF am being told I need to buy Acrobat Pro DC. When I log in, it says I have Acrobat Pro DC already but need to upgrade from Acrobat Pro DC to Acrobat Pro DC! When I try to upgrade I'm told I have to contact customer service. How can I edit a document?

Subscription. I figured it out. When I open Adobe Pro DC and THEN open a document I want to edit, I was able to edit it. If I just opened a document and then tried to edit, I couldn't. Thanks for responding.
