Acrobat Pro DC

Hello my name is John.

I am trying to install Acrobat Pro DC but i have problem.

At the start everything looks fine and at the end i have a message Acrobat DC was succesfully installed

but at creative cloud again is on the button to install again. Please Help.

I work on a iMac 27 retina macos Mojave Version 10.14.6

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

 

Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
