Acrobat Pro DC

Regardless of file size or complexity, my Acrobat Pro is taking 30-40 seconds to open files today. Yesterday it was fine. Today it's painfully slow. The only thing I did that was different was update WhatsApp Desktop app (which I've since deleted to no avail). Any ideas please?

    If your Acrobat uses the new User Interface, try to disable it: Click the Options button at the top left corner (Windows) or open the View menu (Mac) and select Disable New Acrobat.

      Thank you try67. I did that early on and it made no difference unfortunately.
