Uploading is what you do to copy a file FROM your computer TO an Internet location... so what are you trying to upload?

Or do you mean you can't download a file from an Internet location to your computer?

If you mean download, what error message do you see?

Or, have you downloaded a file and you are having a problem installing the program into your operating system"
