Acrobat PRO DC

Question

I am trying to convert a PDF file that contains both text and small png for status. There are about 100+ pages in pdf. When i convert it into excel the images are lost. However, the last 2 or 3 pages is perfectly exported. What is the cause for this and how can i fix it. Please help. thank you.

Hi Sureshv,We apologize for the delay in response to your query. We have the latest patch released for the Adobe Reader/Acrobat, you may try installing the latest update that should fix this issue. Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader If you are still experiencing the same problem and looking for the solution, then you may send the file to us and we would check the same at our end- How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud Or you can share the file with us via email.
