Hi All,

Just finish a clean install of Windows 10 and Creative cloud on 4 of our computers.

I’m now encounter an issue with Acrobat Pro DC causing Window 10 to freeze when printing any PDFs to any of our printers on all 4 computers.

Windows start button not working, unable to open other programs, can't multi-task, have to wait for file to finish spooling to the printer, before I can use the computers again. Need some help to resolve this issue, please.

You will need to provide some more specifics for anyone here to help.

Exactly what printers (manufacturer and models), PDL (PostScript, PCL, other?), and drivers are you using on these computers.

There is nothing that Acrobat does or even can do to “lock” your system to yield the symptoms you describe. It sounds like a printer driver issue of some type; printer drivers run a lower system level and might be the cause of these symptoms.

We are not currently aware of any problems that would yield the symptoms you describe and thus our need for more information.

Hi thanks for the reply, the printer is Xerox WC7535. As you suggest, I've update to the latest drivers, same issue (PCL &  PS drivers XeroxWorkCentre75XX_6.159.8.5)

The computers specs are all i7 3.4ghz, 16gb ramm, 500gb ssd.
