Acrobat Pro DC: Change Pages size does not work!

I have a PDF that has a page size of 140x297 mm. I choose the "Crop Pages" tool, bring up the "Set Page Boxes" dialog, set the "Change Page Size" group's "Custom" values to 420x297 mm, but when I click ok, nothing happens. The page size remains 140x297 mm! -- See the attached PNG.

The dialog either has a bug, either is badly designed... I tried 100 times to change the page size, nothing happens.

What's the correct way to change the page size?

Bumping this because I'm having the exact same problem. I'm trying to make a very small increase in the page size, but when I use this method (the only one I know), nothing happens at all.
