Acrobat Pro DC crashes on installation Win 2012 R2 Terminalserver

Hello,

 

I have a problem to install the Acrobat Pro DC Programm on a Windows 2012 R2 Terminalserver.

- I start the setup file (Adminaccount) and after that a blank loginscreen apears and immediatly the crash window.

 

What i tried befor i posted here:

- Adobe Cleaning tool

- deinstall previous Adobe installations (Adobe Reader DC)

- Deinstall and reinstall Visual C++ 2010,2013,2015-2022 redistributeable Programms ( cant find the link anymore, were someone mentioned it) 

- Test installation on another Win 2012 R2 Terminalserver = OK

 

I have a dumpfile but its not allowed to upload here.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
