Acrobat Pro DC crashes when opening specific PDF file

When I try to open a certain dynamic pdf form, acrobat opens for a few seconds (without displaying anything) then crashes. I've worked with this before and it worked. I still had Acrobat Reader so I tried it out and was able to use it for a while before it stopped working (same issue). I used my computer at work and everything was working fine then the next day the same problem occurred.
My software is up to date and working fine, but this form seems to have a problem. However, it is used to write periodic portraits for children and my wife is the only educator with this problem.

In which operating system are you on? And in which version of Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Acrobat Reader?

 

Is this specific PDF file currently shared with other users via cloud service or a network environment?

 

Do you get the same issue if you try opening the file with no network or Internet connection?

I have Windows 10 Professionnal. Acrobat Pro DC Continius release | Version 2022.001.20117. Same version for the reader.

The file is not shared.

I got the same issue without Internet connection.
