How do I create a 'submit' button where after the questionnaire has been completed, the user can click the submit button and have an auto generated email created for those users who need to receive the responses?

Click on Tools - Prepare Form and then click on "More" at the right side of the window and then on "Revert to Acrobat Form". In the future, do not tick the box that says "This document requires signatures" when creating the form.

Thank you, but when i'm in edit mode (Prepare Form) ... there isn't a 'button' selection. Do I have to select this as an option within the settings?
