seit tagen funktioniert acobat nicht mehr, ich habe den vorgang hier beschrieben. als überzeugter creative suite user bin ich sehr frustriert:

jetzt wird mir angeboten, acrobat pro 2017 zu KAUFEN für einmalig $399 und dazu einen lebenslangen support. das kann doch nicht die lösung sein!

hat das jemand auch schon erlebt?

Who offered that to you? Adobe no longer sells Acrobat 2017, so whoever did that is trying to scam you! Please share their username so we can ban them.

Yes, definitely a scammer. Official Adobe correspondence will never be from an Outlook address, only adobe.com.

Did they only contact you by email, or did they also send you a private message via the forums? How did they get your email address?
