Acrobat pro DC freeze at startup Windows 7 professional

Happens everytime now. Screenshot from when I´m shutting down. Help?

    follow these steps

    1)click repair from control panel >>>programs and features>>> click on acrobat...right click and repair the product

    2)Check your current version (yesterday there was an update)

    2)try installing the Visual C++ Redistributable latest 2017 and 2019 [below link]

    Actually there is a total of three new updates that were published since October 14
