Acrobat Pro DC install stuck on PC

I recently got a new hard drive and am trying to re-install Acrobat Pro DC. I successfully downloaded the setup file from Adobe, but the installation keeps stalling out at about 10%. Any suggestions?

    Thanks - I was able to use the Adobe cleaner tool. After that the software installed without a problem.
